We will provide swimming aids for the lessons, floats, pool bouys and noodles. 

The advanced course students will benefit by bringing their own fins that fit and hand paddles if they have them.

Be prepared for all weathers and check forecast accordingly.

All students must bring a warm swim hat and decent goggles. 
We strongly recommend purchasing neoprene wetsuits to get maximum time in the water, especially for our younger and slighter students.
Wetsuits need to be snug but with plenty of shoulder and arm flexibility.
Rash vests for sun protection and sun cream applied well before water entry, to receive maximum benefits.

There are some gazebos provided for sun/rain cover on poolside.
