Welcome to LIDO Summer Swim School's second summer at Parliament Hill Lido.
Dive into a course with us, into the fresh cool waters, here we can provide a distinct experience, with the extra skill acquired of cold water endurance.
In cold water our bodies react and we may behave differently to how we would in a heated pool.
Our courses & classes are open all Summer for all abilities & ages.
Advancing our skill set, building confidence, making learning fun, all the while developing our swimming capabilities.
